Raw Food Chef and Living Food Instructor certification consists of 4 extended weekend classes called Raw Chef I, Raw Chef II, Raw Chef III and Raw Food Festival. After all 4 steps are completed you will receive your certificate in June at the Raw Food Festival where we will have a graduation party.

Raw Food Chef and Living Food Instructor certification includes the complete basics of the living food lifestyle. You will be able to teach your own living food classes, for example fermentation, growing wheatgrass, microgreens and sprouts, detoxing and juice fasting.

Some of our special theme workshops are: ”Advanced raw chocolate and desserts, raw bread workshop, raw Asian food workshop, energy soups and green juices for medicinal uses” just to mention a few.

The theory is mainly taught by guest teachers in Raw Chef III and Raw Food Festival. Under each class below, you can see the theory taught in that class. Since it is a very intensive program, you will be asked to do homework and study between classes but it will always be voluntary.

The Raw Food Festival is a change for you to create network, advertise your business, practice teaching small modules, meet international Raw Food Chefs and Living Food Pioneers, enjoy concerts, music, yoga, dance and enjoy beautiful nature and atmosphere while you eat 5 star gourmet raw food. Each raw food gourmet team will have created a recipe collection for a theme buffet which all will be made and served at the festival as a final culmination of our creative adventures.

Raw Chef I and II will be taught in your own country.

Raw Chef III and Raw Food Festival are combined into a whole week at a Swedish retreat center.

Raw Chef I

Raw Chef I is a fun an intensive class that helps you build a foundation and get creative. You will be working in small teams at a station and be challenged by creative exercises and enjoy our demos and theory classes in between. Selected foods are presented for the rest of the group. This extended weekend also include fermentation, basic sprouting and learning to grow wheatgrass and microgreens.

Theory: The basic principles of raw and living foods, incl. energy soups and a growing manual, introduction to a new approach to creativity, knifeskills, plate presentation skills, basic menu planning, finding your career dream, cleansing, fasting, sprouting, advanced fermentation, basic nutrition, starting your own business.

Food workshops: Chips, crackers, dips, sauces, hummus, fermentation, breakfasts, nutmilk and smoothies, ice-cream workshop, burger workshop, condiments, food pancakes, roasted veggies, spicy seeds workshop, absolute gourmet pasta workshop, cheese workshop, dressing workshop, cake workshop, dessert pancakes, pizza, wheatgrass, pink champagne, sushi, dipping sauce contest, chai te.

Raw Chef I will be taught by Janne Larsen, educated Master Raw Food Chef for Europe from Creative Health Institute, USA.

Raw Chef II

In Raw Chef II we step up the training with getting even more hand-on-experience with the raw gourmet dishes and mastering more complicated techniques. By the end of this class you will be able to start teaching you own gourmet raw food and living food lifestyle classes in your community. This is a time for you and your team to get your creative juices flowing as you go off the recipes and trust your own creativity and ideas. Expect some home assignments and exercises designed to help you step forward and start building a raw, living food consulting practice in your community and bring the healing power of the program to others with this intensive classroom training.

Theory: Expanding your vision, naming your recipes, setting up a raw kitchen, creating a plan for your own health, emotional eating patterns, complete manual to teaching introduction classes, catering, setting up a raw kitchen, for example so a restaurant you work for can get raw food on the menu, hygiene.

Food workshops: Advanced chocolate, chocolate condiments, candied pecans, ginger sugar, citrus/orange sugar, minted buckwheat, colored shredded coconut, jams, learning to temper white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, colored chocolate, raspberry ruffle bonbons, malted rock bonbons, chocolate bars, filled chocolates, ice-cream sandwiches, waffle cones, almond butter cups, popsicles, croûtons, bacon, corn chips, coconut wrappers, dressings, sauces, outrageously delicious soups, gingersnaps, bread workshop, Spanish omelet, sofrito, olive pesto tapenade, Spanish omelet, raw chili, sour cream, lasagna, Spanish rice, exotic drinks.

Raw Chef III

Raw Chef III builds confidence and deepens your learning. Different menus for theme buffets are created during Raw Chef I and II and this menu is made and presented as a group presentation at Raw Chef III as a way of practicing your teaching style and creating your own menus. Raw Chef III is focusing on theory with guest teachers and your creative group presentations.

Theory: The class will contain time for questions / answers, support to your teaching style, fun group challenges and advanced nutrition incl. learning about enzymes, proteins, minerals, vitamins, PH and more, advanced menu planning including learning to menu-plan for people with different needs, food-combining, principles of cleansing your organs and lymphatic system, The science of raw living foods, a manual created for you by the founder of this Raw Food Chef / Living Food Instructor education in USA, Dr. Morgan ND who is the director of TurningPoint Health Institute in Florida.

Raw Chef III will be organized by Janne Larsen, and taught by an international guest teacher.

The Blue Planet Raw Food Festival!

The Blue Planet Raw Food Festival is 4 days of raw celebration immediately following Raw Chef III for all the participants in this years Raw Food Chef / Living Food Instructor education from countries in Scandinavia and Europe. The Raw Food Festival is a chance for you to create network, advertise your business, practice teaching small modules, meet international Raw Food Chefs and Living Food Pioneers, enjoy concerts, music, yoga, dance, beautiful nature and atmosphere while you eat 5 star gourmet raw food. Each raw food gourmet team will have created a recipe collection for a theme buffet which all will be made and served at the festival as a final culmination of our creative adventures.

The Blue Planet Raw Food Festival also includes: speakers corner, circle of sharing, yoga, djembe /dance, music, concert, healthy hormones and fertility, ways to advertise your raw food business, building a support system, creating a website, blogging, photography and it's importance for advertising, emotions / thoughts and the health connection, Advanced wheatgrass and sprouting. This class will go in depths with the nutritional values of the various greens/sprouts and how to use them for healing purposes.

Participants will also experience incredible Raw Food workshops, including topics such as:

Warm Water Breathwork

In a warm water SOURCE session active listening and conscious use of the breath activate deep, long held feelings, and energy is set in motion.
